Our glass room

The life in the glass porch is beginning, we went yesterday and bought some flowers for the porch. In summertime we spent a lot of time here, come raining come shine, even thought it is raining we can sit there, being outside inside:)

This is just the start, I need to clean it properly, sew some new pillows and wake it up slowly after the winter sleep. 

 We sometimes even  use it wintertime, when the winter is not that cold.   

Have a great Monday :) here in Stockholm it´s a short working week, many only work half day tomorrow and Wednesday, may 1th is Holliday.

One the road again

Today was my first ride on the motorbike this spring with Leo, he has been driving for few weeks now and Sunna has been for a few rides with him. It´s a clear spring sign when all the motorbikes come out from the garages after a long wait over the winter. We took a ride to the Nature Park Lida on the south side of Stockholm and sat in the spring sun, so nice :)

Triple cake dish

Do you remember my small collection of old porcelain,
 that I was going to make cake dishes with tree plates? 
Here are the first ones.

 It´s just too much fun to make, I have only had time for these two,
 but the porcelain is piling up and soon there will by more.

You can use them for so much other then cakes and fruit. 
My daughter has one in her room for her small pretty things

And I have one in my working room with my ribbon rolls, 

maybe tomorrow I will have something else on it :)

Spring ?

Yesterday spring was in the air and we where outside working in the garden. What a joy, everybody in the street where out, working, playing or enjoying the warm sun with a magazine, wonderful.

I sure hope that it will just keep getting warmer and the sun will keep us company, 

unfortunately not today thought.

Happy color

I also like yellow, it's such a happy color , 

I got this little beauty for Easter to put in a flower arrangement but it end it in here, 

look´s cute don't it:)

White Crocus

          

A little white crocus in a glass cube, so simple but beautiful for decoration in the hall.

I am longing for spring, and I am so grateful for the sun and the longerdays, but I could be without the cold. Now it is April so it can’t be long now. 

So in the meantime bring spring inside :)
