Setting the table

   

        

                                                    On a hot sunday afternoon in august  

   we are getting ready for a barbecue dinner in the glass veranda 

    we are 100% enjoying the this late summer warm weather  

                                                     

We have been working on a crazy project in the garden today

   we are making a mosaic table and it is a crazy work with many many pieces

and it is taking many many hours 

Hopefully ready before the frost :)

Flea Market

On one off our trips on the motor cycle we came across this flea market,

 a lot off small red houses, like a small village, full off stuff 
It is located near Södertälje and they have opened saturdays and sundays all summer

Maybe she is thinking, 

this is pretty nice, but do I really need it

well its not that expensive

I'll take it 

It is something charming about all these old things  

Maybe this old beautiful coffee grinder stills works

I found only one little plate for my cake dishes

Beautiful things, not quite the style we have at home but I can like it anyways :)

I like the drawer  on the left, what do you think?

I was at Formex on saturday, I like going there, it is very inspiring, I got home full of ideas and a desire to create and make:)

I ordered some very nice pearls and stones for my necklaces and bracelets    

Will by such fun when I´ll get them :)

I have a lot of material to make bracelets, neckless or earrings,

everywhere a go I look for stones, pearls and silver that I can use

And then someday I get an idea what I want to do with it or just get inspired of all the beautiful

colors and shapes and I sit down and get started. 

Or I want to make a gift for somebody.

This summer I was invited for a birthday party with short notice and then it was just to sit down and make something that I thought would suit that friend.

These where all made one a rainy afternoon, I had so much fun making them

sitting on the floor surrounded by material  

alone at home with nice music playing:)

I went with a friend to Liljevalchs konsthall
