Arriving to the resident where our children lives in Manhattan

A cosy corner

       

The weather this winter has been surprisingly good, 

we have nearly not seen any snow in it has not been that cold

so a cosy reading the glass veranda with a cup of tea has been possible

The chair has Sunna renovate, 

we bought it for a couple of hundreds kronur and she renovated when she had some practice weeks at Carl Malmsten´s school last term

She did a great job didn't she:) 

Hope you are having a great advent, 

I have began my christmas holiday and I intend to enjoy it fully with 

gift wrapping and small decorations

have some glögg and gingerbread cookies

and of course christmas music

Poinsettia for Christmas

My white Poinsettia from Z´s trädgård in a old pot with a moss and a beautiful lace

now decorating our kitchen

Small decoration

A very simple little decorations, but so nice I think 

You need; 

a goblet 

hydrograins to fill the goblet with 

big cones 

 some moss

and a lace 

done!

If you want to give them away you should put oasis, the dry one, in the goblet

instead of the hydrograins and glue the cone to it and then put the moss

this way you can travel with it without the cones to fall of on the move

My door wreath

It is just necessary to have a wreath on the door for christmas 

I usually make on for autumn also but this year I didn't take the time 

But this one was hanging on the front door right on time for first of december 

When I had made the wreath I change the ribbon as you can see in the photos 

the little one didn't show 

And when I took the picture of the door it was so windy that everything was about to blow away

Z Trädgård

In my neighborhood there is this beautiful garden center where I always go to buy plants for my garden and the gardens I work with

Even in the winter they manage to make the outside environment attractive and creative

And the inside is now full of beautiful things for your christmas decorations

It is so inspiring to go there, I just love it

Advent

First of december happened to by the first of advent also this year 

and I actually had time to make my advent candleholder on time

This year I have red candles  

simple but beautiful 

I love december, you get to start with the christmas decorations 

and just keep on going for three weeks, nice:)
